In our Turning Department as well as in Milling, our operators do their own set-up and programming. We have multiple machines per operator for additional efficiency. Our Turning Centers provide close tolerance machining down to .0002 and do both complete and secondary operations. We are very experienced in turning heat-treated materials and exotic materials such as Titanium, Hastelloys, Inconel and high temperature plastics, as well as the usual steels, stainless , aluminums and plastics.

Imagineering Machine has all the capabilities for prototyping small one piece projects to several thousand. We also have assembly capabilities for your “turn key needs”.
