Within our Turning Department, we have multiple machines per operator to maximize efficiency within our shop shortening leadtimes and increasing productivity. Our Turning Centers provide close tolerance machining down to .0002 and do both complete and secondary operations. We are very experienced in turning heat-treated materials and exotic materials such as Titanium, Hastelloys, Inconel and high temperature plastics, as well as the usual steels, stainless , aluminums and plastics.

Imagineernig Machine has recently added a new Haas ST20-SSY which gives us the ability to turn and mill in the same machine. This allows for closer tolerances, multiple operations with one setup, and quicker turn-around times.

Imagineering Machine has all the capabilities for prototyping small one piece projects to orders in the thousands. We also have assembly capabilities for your “turn key needs”.
