Imagineering Machine, Inc. excels in the field of quality control. All manufacturing operations are completely controlled and recorded to meet the client’s most demanding specifications. Close tolerance parts are a daily routine (.0002). All procedures from receiving, in-process machining to final inspection are fully documented and our machining operations are continuously inspected and maintained to hold the tolerances you the customer ask for.

With a full-time in house inspector, all inspection records and material certifications are maintained and backed up to provide our customers with the most comprehensive quality record possible. Upon request, Imagineering Machine can provide material and finish process certifications, first article inspections (FAI), and can meet any necessary job requirements including ROHS and DFARS to name a few.

Imagineering has a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), as well as non-contact video inspection capabilities. Both systems use programmable inspection procedures, and statistical process capabilities (SPC) are available. We have a full complement of inspection equipment and tools to assure our customer’s only quality work is performed.

Imagineering Machine Inc. is ISO Compliant and currently going through the ISO:9001 Certifiction process.
