Close tolerance parts are a daily routine. All procedures from receiving, in-process and final inspection are fully documented, and our machining operations are continuously inspected.

Imagineering has traditional Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), as well as non-contact video inspection capabilities. Both systems use programmable inspection procedures, and statistical process capabilities (SPC) are available. We offer certification of all processes and have a full complement of inspection equipment and tools to assure our customer’s that only quality work is performed.
